Annual Convocation

The Torrington Campus is pleased to announce that the Convocation for the 2008-2009 academic year will be held on Wednesday, August 27th at 12:45 in the Lecture Hall. As our first official event in the Year of Science, Professor Charles Van Doren will speak on “The Monster and the Chimera: Remarks on the Past and Future of Science and the Humanities.” The text of his lecture is found here.
